The Islands of West Dvina River Award
This new and attractive award is issued by Radioamateurs of West Dvina
River region. Award can be obtained by all Radioamateurs and SWLs under
the following conditions:
Contact stations from 4 (four) different islands at the West Dvina River
on 3.5-28 MHz for CW only, SSB only or MIXED modes.
Applications shoud be made a logbook extract, and shoud be sent to the
Award Manager at the following address:

The award fee is:
1. Non CIS countrys - US $5.00 (10 IRCs)
2. CIS countrys - US $4.00 (8 IRCs)
3. For BELARUS - US $3.00 (6 IRCs)
